Must have an electronics product development background. Needs to have a hands on backgound in new product development including CAD design and product implimentation into manufacturing. Look at existing and new products and develop ideas how to increase the efficency of production.

This position requires an individual who is independent and self-motivated. Responsibilities include the coordination of three shifts; supervising employees running parts on horizontal and vertical machining centers, along with other secondary operations. · Five years experience in manufacturing environment · Extraordinary leadership skills · Responsible for quality and efficiency · Strong Communicator · Organizational skills · Quick decisions making · Maintain staffing levels · Scheduling work loads This is a job shop environment, which requires clear and precise thinking. MACHINING ENGINEERING COORDINATOR:

The engineering coordinator is a mid level engineering position that has a strong technical ability as an expert in process engineering. Primary focus is on quality and productivity. This person develops process layouts, has deep understanding of CNC machining, programming, tooling, and cutting fluids. They will spend a great deal of time on the shop floor making date and process improvement stategy. A 4 year degree and minimun of 4 years of high volume machining experience. If no formal degree a minimum of 10 years experience. Must be able to use Microsoft excel and powerpoint to make presentations to executive leadership.
