MACHINING ENGINEERING COORDINATOR:
The engineering coordinator is a mid level engineering position that has a strong technical ability as an expert in process engineering. Primary focus is on quality and productivity. This person develops process layouts, has deep understanding of CNC machining, programming, tooling, and cutting fluids. They will spend a great deal of time on the shop floor making date and process improvement stategy. A 4 year degree and minimun of 4 years of high volume machining experience. If no formal degree a minimum of 10 years experience. Must be able to use Microsoft excel and powerpoint to make presentations to executive leadership.
