report your hours

Effective March 1st, we have implemented a new time reporting method which we hope you will find makes it a bit easier and more convenient for you to report your hours.

If you are using a desktop mail client such as Outlook or Entourage, simply click on the time sheet image to the left, fill out the PDF document and press the yellow "Submit by Email" button at the bottom of the document.

If you are using a web mail client such as yahoo or gmail, simply click on the time sheet image to the left, fill out the PDF document and press the yellow "Submit by Email" button at the bottom of the document. You will be prompted to save the completed document. Once saved, navigate to your internet mail account, start a new message and attached the saved filled out document.

To save the file to your computer to fill out the form there, simply right click on the time sheet image to the left then click "Save Link/target as".

Please note there will be a new PDF in place each month and you will have to re-download the new document each month.
