As a Waterstone Group employee, you're rewarded with:

Weekly Pay: Waterstone Group employees are paid by direct deposit every Friday for work performed during the previous week.

Vacation Time/Pay: Waterstone Group employees receive 40 hours of Vacation Time/Pay after 52 benefit weeks of employment; 80 hours after 104, 156, and 208 benefit weeks; and 120 hours after 260 benefit weeks and every 52 benefit weeks of employment thereafter. Vacation Pay is paid at straight time hourly wage rates in four-hour increments (or multiples of four).

Vacation Pay may be collected without taking Vacation Time, and Vacation Time/Pay earned during one assignment may be carried over to the next assignment.

Holiday Time/Pay: Waterstone Group employees are eligible to enjoy six paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Holiday Pay is paid at straight time hourly wage rates at eight hours per holiday.

Comp Time/Pay: Waterstone Group employees earn up to 26 additional paid hours per year by working all available straight time hours. Comp Pay is paid at straight time hourly wage rates in four-hour increments (or multiples of four).

Comp Pay may be collected without taking Comp Time off from work, and Comp Time/Pay earned during one assignment may be carried over to the next assignment.

FSA 125 Plan: Waterstone Group employees save money by using pre-tax dollars to pay qualified medical care, dependent care, and health, dental and life insurance premiums.

Health Insurance: Waterstone Group employees are eligible to participate in the group health insurance plan. With four different high quality health plans to choose from, employees may choose the one that's best for their family situation and save money by paying their portion of the premiums with pre-tax dollars through the FSA 125 Plan.

Dental Insurance: Waterstone Group employees are eligible to participate in the group dental insurance plan and save money by paying premiums with pre-tax dollars through the FSA 125 Plan.

401(k) Plan: Waterstone Group employees may enroll in the 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan at any time. The plan is completely portable and once in the plan, employees may choose from a wide variety of mutual fund investments. And, The Waterstone Group makes a matching contribution to employee investment.
