Protected Employment: You identify a technical professional who meets your needs. The Waterstone Group then hires this individual, administers payroll and benefits, and performs work evaluations. Protected from direct employment responsibilities and legal obligations, you may make this Waterstone Group employee your direct employee at any time, for no additional fee.
